Social Housing Implications

April 1/02, saw the implementation of the new energy efficiency building regulation, Approved Document L across England and Wales. Scotland implemented a similar building regulation known as Technical Standards - Part J, in March 2002. This article looks at compliance to these regulations from the social housing perspective.
