In January 2015, Pavin Bhirombhakdi took over as President of Bangkok Glass, succeeding this year's Phoenix Award winner, Surasak Decharin. As the following exclusive interview explains, the two have worked together as part of an effective management team for almost two decades to create one of South East Asia's leading glassmaking groups.
