Smartmelter Validated In Furnace Bottom Blind Trial

PaneraTech has successfully demonstrated measurement of a furnace bottom in a blind trial on a float line furnace. A US-based float glass manufacturer approached the company to use its SmartMelter solution to measure and monitor the residual thickness of the furnace bottom on a float line furnace that was near the end of its campaign. A summary of the results is reported.
