[Smallpack] Metal, Plastic Or Glass?

This article takes a look at the different types of packaging on the market for beers. It examines the metal can situation; glass packaging; and PET beer bottles, also looking at which material is best for the environment, citing various research reports that have been published for each sector. It concludes that it is the customer who will in the end decide but also suggests that consumers do not appear to have heard enough about just how pro-active the industry has been, and that, perhaps the industry should be blowing its own trumpet more.
