[Slovenia] Steklarna Hrastnik Begins Renovation Work

Steklarna Hrastnik has invested around 8M/Euros in line modernisation for bottle production in order to modernise the production line and reconstruction of the furnace for the special glass division. Production during this time was halted, but was expected to be back online by November. In addition to renovating the melting furnace, the company also installed an automatic line and carried out maintenance of the closed-loop system for wastewater where it implemented measures to reduce energy consumption, emissions and increase operational safety.
