Turkish glass maker, Sisecam, has acquired the glass tableware production facility LLC Posuda, a division of Russian JSC Borsk Glass, in the Nizhni Novogorod region. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed but the new owner has announced plans to invest US$11M to boost production under its Pasabache tableware brand.
