Sisecam Acquires Italy'S Sangalli Vetro Porto Nogaro For 87.4M Euros

Sisecam Group member, Trakya Cam Sanayii, has acquired all assets of Italian-based flat-glass manufacturer Sangalli Vetro Porto Nogaro for a gross of 87.4/m Euros. Sangalli has an annual production capacity of 220,000/tpa and means Sisecam has become the largest flat-glass manufacturer in Europe in terms of capacity.
