Sisecam's Pasabahce unit, which makes tableware and home furnishings, has ended talks to acquire shares in Arc International. The Pasabahce unit had previously signed a NDA wih regards to the non-binding talks held between the two companies. These talks have been conducted with no offer, according to a filing by Sisecam in the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
