Silver Incorporation In Thin Films Of Selenium Rich Ge-Se Glasses

Introduction of sliver into chalcogenide glasses leads to interesting physical effects that are intrinsically related to the structure of these materials. One of these effects is the large increase in conductivity of the silver photodoped chalcogenide glass with respect to the undoped material.
