The International Crystal Federation's Technical Exchange Conference took place from 10-12 November 2001 amidst the picturesque hills of the Siena area of central Italy. Co-organized by locally-based CALP and Ireland's Waterford Crystal, attendance was high - in spite of uncertainties governing the global economy - with over 120 participants coming from all over the world.
