Selective Collection And Recycling In Europe

A detailed survey of household waste recycling in Europe reviewed the performance in almost 40 cities across Europe, and showed that the average recycling rate has now reached 26% of the household waste stream - equivalent to around 108kg per person per year, mainly in the form of dry recyclables.
