Second Generation Cascade Heating System

The cascade heating system developed by Sorg has been widely accepted within the glass industry since its introduction several years ago. A combination of lower temperatures and oxygen content at the core of the primary flame is achieved by using a secondary flame to overlay the main flame, and this leads to a lower formation of NOx. The system has been patented in the main industrialized countries in the world.
