[Screenprinting Inks] No Post-Tempering Required

A new ink series for UV screenprinting onto glass has been developed, which makes heat post-curing unnecessary. The 935 UV ink series is designed for glass decoration on various printing applications such as conventional screen and pad printing. The two-component UV screenprinting inks series is specially designed for printing onto glass without heat post-curing. They are suitable for multi-colour in line printing and re resistant to chemical and cosmetic agents. The inks are scratch, water and dishwasher resistant (to 500/min washing cycles) after around 24 hours. The new inks do not contain toxic elements or solvents and the raw materials comply with EU standard EN71, part 3 (migration). The inks can be used on all current machine systems. They permit high printing speeds without compromising adhesion or resistance. See: www.ruco-inks.com
