Scotland Consults On Draft Waste Strategy

Within a few days of establishing the first national parliament for three centuries, Scotland has set about planning a waste strategy for the next millenium. The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has published a draft strategy, which plans to overhaul the way solid wastes are treated.
