Schott North America, Inc. has announced the availability of the newest size of Duran® Laboratory Bottles: 10 mL, the smallest in the Laboratory Bottle line-up. Ideal for a full array of uses, from storage through packaging, the new Duran® 10mL Laboratory 3.3 borosilicate glass bottles exhibit excellent chemical resistance through the full temperature range. Ideal for proteins, RNA/DNA, isolates and intermediates, these bottles have a low leachable/extractable profile. The inherent purity and performance of the borosilicate 3.3 type 1 neutral glass is the right choice for biologics, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic reagents. Available in clear or amber, with a GL 25 thread, the laboratory bottles are autoclavable. In addition, the clear bottles are available with Laboratory Protect coating. Duran® 10mL Laboratory Bottles are in compliance with USP, EP and JP for type 1 neutral glass standards.
