Saving Energy Saves Money - The Hermes Project

In order to meet emissions reduction targets, attention is increasingly shifting to the issue of energy efficiency in buildings, particularly for public buildings and new builds. In the EU there is the Energy Efficiency in Buildings Directive. The German organisation PVCplus, together with EU PVC window profile association, EPPA, have funded engineer Marcus Hermes to study the relationship between windows and energy efficiency.
