[Saudi Arabia] Obeikan To Build Plant In Gulf

Plans are underway to build the largest float glass plant in the Gulf, according to reports. Obeikan Glass is to set up the manufacturing facility, which will produce 800/tpd of clear and tinted glass, in the Royal Commission's Industrial City of Yanbu. Supplier of hot end equipment Fives Stein has confirmed that it will provide the plant engineering, as well as supply and install the furnace, tin bath, lehr and air pollution control system at the facility.
