The good work of Sash UK has reached as far as Arbial in Iraq, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, in what is deemed the biggest quote the company has ever been asked to bid for in its 43-year history. Abrial, a city dating back to 2000 BC, is currently going through a period of rapid growth & modifications, mixing old & new buildings as part of its ongoing regeneration policy, using a multitude of building products & technologies to bring the skyline into the 21st century. Drafted in to pitch for the design & build of a 'luminatrium' structure to link a 15-storey office complex with connecting two-storey retail centre, the Sash design, if chosen, will house a fitness centre & health spa, giving fitness fanatics 360 degree panoramic views of the breathtaking ancient & landscaped city.
