Safety Film At The Reichstag'S Dome

Glazing which has to meet more stringent safety requirements is exclusively made of laminated glass today. This has been the case in the automobile sector for a long time, but it is increasingly proving the case in the construction field too, where it is used in high-rise buildings, for example. Combined with two or more panes of glass, Trosifol - safety film from HT Troplast AG - ensures that the car windscreens and the windows do not splinter when shattered. Trosifol has been used on top of the Berlin Reichstag: a special film for laminated glass in the dome. It is available in different types for different requirements. For the construction sector there are the types Trosifol MB-FR with high adhesion and Trosifol MV-FR with controlled reduced adhesion, specially for greater protection against projectiles.
