Safer Car Side Windows

To combat the alarming rate of car thefts, new standards have been set to provide greater safety for car owners. German car maker Audi has addressed the problem and has fitted its A8 model all round with laminated glass, and other automakers are considering this as well. In 1997, Audi will offer laminated glass as an option in the smaller A6 model.
