Safer And More Simplifed Glass Transport

Italcarrelli has recently updated and improved its TPEN platform loaders for the transport of flat glass sheets in stillages. The TPEN loaders, used mainly for the transport of glass from the float line to the warehouse, or to transport laminated glass into the autoclave, can be equipped with ultrasound sensors that enable to identify the distance from obstacles. The same distance can be seen on a display,which is a considerable help for operators who need to know the exact position of the stillage on a loader or inside the autoclave.
