[Russia] Rcnt Plans Foam Glass Joint Venture

RCNT, in conjunction with Vladimir-based ZAO "Company PECC-Vladimir" plans to begin production of a unique product in Russia, namely insulation foam glass. The project is expected to cost about 4.5BN rubles. If an agreement is reached with Rosano on cash investments, the new enterprise will be finalised in 2013. The new company will also solve the problem of the disposal of solid waste, such as broken glass.
