OJSC Dyatkovo Crystal is a modern, dynamically developing enterprise, involved in the manufacture of a wide range of crystal products. It cooperates closely with consumers and deliverers, continuously expanding its market sector, also thanks to important artistic traditions of more than two centuries, highly qualified employees - both glass masters and artist-designers. Dyatkovo crystal production has been developing for over 200 years, as it was founded by the famous Russian manufacturers Maltsovs in 1790. That was the origin of the Maltsov huge industrial empire, which, by the mid 19th century, included dozens of different enterprises, located in the Oryol, Kaluga and Smolensk gubernias (provinces). Started as a small manufacturer, the Dyatkovo crystal factory grew into one of the biggest glass enterprises of Russia by the end of the XIX century, with a collective of experienced and skilled masters. A large variety of goods, beginning with the most common household articles such as tumblers, wine-glasses, goblets, decanters, vases and up to sets of crystalware and unique articles of architectural decoration, are very popular both in Russia and abroad.
