[Russia] Glaverbel - New Manufacturing Complex

Glaverbel has inaugurated its new manufacturing complex at Klin, near Moscow in the presence of over 500 people. The new complex will produce float glass, coated super-insulating glass and mirrors. The line has a capacity of 180,000/tpy, together with two downstream processing units for producing MNGE Mirrors (Mirox new generation ecological mirrors containing no copper or lead) and insulating coated glass in large dimensions for the building industry. The project represents an investment of over Euros 160M and is intended to meet the increasing demand for glass generated by the sustained growth of the building and auto industries in Russia.
