[Russia] Borisov Crystalware Begins Export To Libya

Borisov Crystalware Factory of Russia began exporting its products to Libya in September, according to company director Gennady Nester. An initial trial consignment of crystal glass tableware, including wine and liqueur glasses and vases, to the value of $21,000 will be shipped out. The company, which produces over 3000 items of crystal ware and glassware, exported around 76% of its products between Jan-July 2009, said Mr Nester. Borisov Crystalware Factory is also reportedly implementing a Br53BN project to produce medical glass, having had a new shop floor designed in 2007, in line with international standards of medical production.
