The first phase, investments in which will reach about EUR 130M, should be put into operation in late 2010. The factory will make float glass for processing into architectural glass, double-glazing, mirrors and automobile glass. It is planned to officially announce the project at the International Economic Forum to take place in June 2008 in Saint Petersburg.
