Royal Brierley Crystal has confirmed that Epsom Activities Ltd has acquired its entire share capital. Epsom Activities is controlled by Richard Katz who has more than 30 years' glass industry experience and who is also Chairman of Sunderland Glassworks Ltd at the National Glass Centre.
