Romag Chairman Sells Shares To Meet Institutional Demand

The UK's Romag Holdings PLC, which makes glass and plastic composites for security, transport and architectural uses, said chairman John Kennair has sold almost 4.74 million shares at GBP 0.77 each to meet demand from institutional investors. Following the sale, Kennair holds around 10.55 million shares in the company, equivalent to a stake of 25%.
