Rockware Installs New Labelling System

Rockware Glass has installed a new Spear Kome labelling machine at its Knottingley UK plant. The £200,000 machine is claimed to be the first of its kind to be equipped with an optical location system, placing any size or shape label to any bottle. Comprising four label heads, the machine is capable of reaching speeds of 400 bottles/minute, applying front, back, neck and shoulder labels at once.
