Riedel Targets Australia

Reidel, the Austrian crystal glass specialist has developed a wine glass for Australian wine. The glass, called Vinum Extreme, is the latest in the machine-made range of gourmet glasses made by Riedel to match specific wines and grape varieties. Mark Baulderstone, Riedel national sales and marketing manager in Australia, said Australian wines were now recognised around the world for their fresh, powerful fruit flavours. "Vinum Extreme is ideal for robust, young, full-bodied wines, and as such, is perfectly suited to the Australian market," he said. (whole item)
