Riedel To Invest €40M

Riedel is to invest €40m into capacity expansions at its two Bavarian production sites in Weiden and Amberg. CEO Maximilian Riedel said the financing has been funded completely in-house, with no loans necessary. The capacity expansion at the Amberg site will ensure that the plant primarily produces Spiegelau brand glasses. Reidel's annual production capacity is 55m/glasses, and it has an annual sales volume of €240m.
