Within every glass plant that melts raw materials to manufacture various glass products there is an awareness of the significance of soda ash. Although soda ash is the most expensive of the minerals used in the glass making process, it is a necessary ingredient. Some of the changes in the global soda ash industry that are occuring today may have an effect on soda ash availability for certain glass plants in different parts of the world.
