Recycling Technology For Russian Foam Glass Plant

Germany's ZIPPE GmbH has recently delivered specialist equipment to the foam glass insulation production plant of STES-Wladimir in Russia. Glass foam is an insulation material made from foamed recycled glass for civil engineering and construction and for the insulation of gas and oil pipes. For STES-Wladimir, delivered used glass will be treated by ZIPPE such that clean and crushed cullet is produced. The plant will run with an annual output of 30,000 tonnes and will produce 4.3/tones utility glass per day.
