Recommended Changes To Part L

The Building Regulations Advisory Committee has already presented its recommended changes to Part L to the government and feedback is expected shortly. Public consultation is due in early 2009, while the post-consultation review will take place autumn 2009. If all stages adhere to current timings, the changes to Part L will be published at the end of 2009 and come into force in April 2010.
