[Raw Materials] Prices For Barytes, Boron Minerals, Iodine, Kaolin & Antimony Trioxide Climb

According to this article from Industrial Minerals, barytes prices in China and India have recently increased as short supply puts pressure on the market. "The Chinese are playing games. They are producing less and less so the prices are going up," said a source. "They are pushing prices higher and higher. They have had severe floods (which is unusual) meaning they are producing less," he said. Higher prices are being met with resistance from customers but prices are likely to continue increasing, he added. Boron mineral prices had also risen again as demand in the market strengthens.
