Noshe specialises in the design and manufacture of cold end handling equipment, from bottle orientators to cullet rejection systems. With a focus on quality of design, the company offers well-engineered, yet cost-effective solutions to cold end handling issues. Its latest offering is the launch of its most advanced bottle orientator to date. A servo-driven machine builds on nearly 30 years experience. Capable of correcting bottles from any angle to the required orientation and with a speed range of 200-240/bpm (depending on size), this machine offers an alternative to rotary orientators. Set up is said to be fast and simple using the "place and teach" system, by positioning the bottle in front of the "smart camera" in the required exit orientation and pressing "Teach." Bottles are tracked precisely through the process by synchronising the machine with the conveyor by means of an encoder. For more information, please visit: www.noshe.co.uk
