Raman Spectra And Short Range Order In Glasses Of The Ge-P-S System

From an analysis of the Raman spectra it was shown that the structural network of germanium-phosphorus-sulphur glasses consists of GeS4 tetrahedral units and S=PS3 units with one double-bonded and three bridging sulphur atoms.
