The Quantitive Analysis Of Very Small Fragments Of Glass By X-Ray Fluourescence Spectromerty

A method is described for the non-destructive analysis of very small (100ug) glass fragments encountered in forensic investigations. A specially designed sample holder is used to present the samples to the spectrometer. For some elements, relative errors of better than 5% can be achieved.
