Quality Assurance And Quality Control During The Construction Of A Float Glass Plant

The issue of quality is raised, in some for or other, in every construction project. It is often an issue which leads to heated debate between client and contractor. Clients generally seek to achieve the best quality product they can force or persuade a contractor to deliver. Contractors, however, endeavour to supply that level of quality which is just sufficient to ensure a repeat order or inclusion on a client's future tender list. Problems arise because the concept of quality itself has not been given sufficient consideration. What, therefore, do we mean by quality?
