As winner of 11 awards for innovation, Stephen Byers of Ritec International Ltd speaks about the ways that ideas or inventions have evolved into innovative solutions for market needs of the glass and glazing industry. Stephen and his wife Karen, as directors and co-founders, have supervised product and market development for Ritec since starting the company as a new business venture in 1981.
