Producing Screenprinting Stencils Faster

Luscher has developed a new type of screenprinting imaging and exposure technology which, unlike inkjet technology that uses a hot melt wax mask, uses blue lasers to image commercially available screenprinting emulsions and capillary films. The large-format JetScreen DX has a new blue laser diode exposure head which produces screenprinting stencils considerably faster, as well as simultaneously providing a distinct improvement in image quality with a much higher resolution capability than can be achieved with wax inkjet technology.
