[Processing] A Higher Glass Yield

Independent glass processor and Saint-Gobain Glass customer, Dual Seal Glass, has invested £1.2M in a Helga cutting system which increases the size of glass it can process from the industry standard of 3.2m x 2.6m to 3.2m x 6m. The state-of-the-art cutting system is the first of its kind to be installed in the UK, and brings numerous benefits to the Huddersfield-based company, including an improved glass yield, which, the company says, will make it more competitive in a difficult market.
