Printing Glass Panes Edge-To-Edge

German specialist for large-sized screen prints, Fleischle eKfm, has developed the TP-A, equipped with a fully-automatic screen-cleaning system. By printing edge-to-edge, excess ink will accumulate underneath the screen after a certain time. In order to remove it efficiently, without dismounting the screen, Fleischle has developed a brand-new fully-automatic cleaning system. The the TP-A, the screen is cleaned by dry printing against an absorptive paper, which moves against an absorptive paper, moving automatically from roll to roll. At the control panel, the cleaning cycle can be programmed after how many prints the screen gets cleaned. This automatic cleaning process can be carried out in only one minute.
