Ppg To Concentrate On Glass - Sells Off Chemicals Division

The US manufacturer of glass and chemical products PPG Industries is to sell its PPG Sipsy fine chemicals division in order to focus on its principal activities, the production of flat glass and paints. The sale, which is expected to take place between May and the end of June 2007, will affect three sites including two in France.
