Pilkington Exceeds Sulphur Limit At Swedish Plant

The Pilkington float glass plant in Halmstad, western Sweden, exceeded its sulphur emissions limit in 2006. Pilkington reported to the county administrative board that the plant exceeded the emission limit by 20% and the actual sulphur emission was 120 tonnes.
