Partnership Leads To Indian Success

India's first ribbon machine for manufacturing glass bulb envelopes was recently installed at the CG Glass plant in India, completing a three year, £6.5m project led by a UK-based supplier. Demaglass Technology has been involved in the project since it was first proposed in 1992 and as principal contractor and technology supplier has established an on-going relationship with the customer, helping to ensure that performance at the plant is maintained. The contract called for a total package, ranging from the supply and commissioning of higher performance glass production plant through to training, technical support and project management.
