[Parkinson Spencer Refractories] Psr: Gathering Bays Benefit From System 500 Technology

Although Parkinson Spencer Refractories (PSR) have now supplied in excess of 500 forehearth and distributor systems around the world, the majority of them have been to the glass container or tableware industries in which the forming machines are supplied by gob feeders. Recently, an opportunity arose to design and supply a complete system comprising distributor, forehearths and gathering bays for use with robot ball gathering machines. This article describes the system in more detail.
