This guidance cannot cover every situation & it may be necessary to carefully consider the relevant legislation to see how it applies in your circumstances. However, the guidance will help you to comply with the law & reduce the impact that packaging has on the environment. It has been designed to comply with the Code of Practice on Guidance on Regulation 2009, a copy of which can be downloaded from the BIS website at www.bis.gov.uk. This is the full guidance document.
