New task-configurable illumination ensures optimum performance on virtually any glass, including dark ware & large finish diameters. This rugged machine provides in-line container handling of round & non-round bottles at speeds of up to 600 bottles/m, with automatic container tracking, separation & air rejection. The Superinspector system ensures total sidewall inspection, using multiple high-resolution cameras that guarantee overlap coverage for precise dimensional measurements, regardless of the container position on the conveyor.
