Optical Evaluation Of Coated Glazings At Oblique Angles Of Incidence

Optical properties of coated glazing products at oblique angles of incidence have been investigated. Methods to predict the angular dependence without having to know the exact composition of the coating and without having to perform time-consuming measurements have been evaluated. The accuracy and potential of some proposed algorithms are discussed and compared to the expected angular variation of different types of coatings on glass.
